This abstract covers copper core cables with XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sheathing. They are single-core (1X) with common specifications including 1X50mm², 1X95mm², 1X120mm², 1X300mm², and 1X400mm², with a rated voltage of 1kV, suitable for low-voltage power transmission scenarios.​ In terms of materials, the XLPE insulation layer has excellent temperature resistance (long-term operating temperature up to 90℃) and insulation performance, which can reduce power loss; the PVC sheath has good corrosion resistance and mechanical protection capabilities, adapting to various laying environments. The single-core design makes it more flexible in single-phase power transmission, especially suitable for scenarios that require separate wiring.​ In terms of specifications, 1X50-120mm² cables have moderate current-carrying capacity, suitable for building distribution branches, small motor power supply, etc.; 1X300-400mm² cables have larger current-carrying capacity and can be used in high-power scenarios such as industrial equipment main power supplies and large transformer outgoing lines. All cables meet the 1kV low-voltage transmission standards and can ensure the stability and safety of power transmission.
