U1000 Rvfv XLPE Power Cable 4G 16mm² is a multi-core power cable with both efficient transmission and safety protection performance, specially designed for medium and high-voltage distribution systems. By virtue of the excellent characteristics of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation layer, the precise specification of 4-core 16mm² and the structural advantages of RVFV model, it is widely used in industrial power distribution, construction engineering, new energy facilities and other scenarios, providing stable and reliable power support for complex electrical environments.​ The core competitiveness of this cable lies in the collaborative design of materials and structure. The conductor is made of high-purity electrolytic copper with a purity of more than 99.95%. The 16mm² single-core cross-sectional area and 4-core stranded structure form a balanced current-carrying capacity, which not only meets the demand for large current transmission under the working voltage of 1000V and above, but also reduces the skin effect through multi-core shunting, thus lowering transmission loss. The measured conductor DC resistance is ≤1.15Ω/km (20℃), ensuring that the electric energy conversion efficiency exceeds 95%, which is especially suitable for precision manufacturing and data centers sensitive to energy consumption.​ The insulation layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) material. After special cross-linking treatment, it forms a three-dimensional network molecular structure, with a temperature resistance range extended to -40℃~90℃, and can work stably for a long time in alternating high and low temperature environments. Compared with traditional PVC insulation, the insulation resistance of XLPE is increased by more than 30% (≥1000MΩ·km), and it can withstand power frequency voltage of 10kV for 5 minutes without breakdown, which can effectively resist moisture, dust and chemical corrosion, and is suitable for various installation methods such as underground direct burial and bridge laying.​ The sheath of RVFV model is made of flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride (PVC), with dual protection functions: on the one hand, it forms a mechanical barrier by tightly covering the insulation layer, with impact strength up to 12kJ/m², which can withstand dragging and extrusion during construction; on the other hand, it achieves GB/T 18380.3-2008 Class B flame retardant grade through halogen inhibition formula. In case of fire, the smoke density is ≤75%, and the release of toxic gas is 50% lower than the industry standard, providing additional safety guarantee for crowded places such as commercial complexes and hospitals.​ In application scenarios, the cable shows strong adaptability. In the industrial field, it provides power transmission for assembly line motors and frequency conversion equipment. The grounding core in the 4-core structure can conduct leakage current in real time, meeting EN 60228 safety specifications; in building power distribution, its flexibility (bending radius ≥12 times the outer diameter) facilitates pipe wiring in walls and ceilings, supporting multi-loop power supply in smart buildings; in new energy projects, it can withstand high-temperature radiation of photovoltaic panel arrays and vibration environment of wind turbine towers, becoming an ideal connection carrier between inverters and combiner boxes.​ In addition, the cable has passed EU CE certification and domestic CCC certification. Each meter of sheath is printed with clear marks (model, cross-section, standard number), supporting full life cycle traceability. Its comprehensive performance makes it stand out among similar products, which is not only a reliable choice for conventional power distribution, but also a preferred solution for power system upgrading in complex environments.
