The 1*240mm² cables in the U1000, R2V, and RO2V series are high-performance products specially designed for medium and high-voltage power transmission scenarios, playing a key role in power systems.​ In terms of core performance parameters, the conductor of this specification cable is made of high-purity electrolytic copper with a purity of over 99.95% and a cross-sectional area of 240mm². The DC resistance is ≤0.075Ω/km, which has excellent conductive performance. It can effectively reduce losses during high-current transmission and ensure the efficiency of power transmission. Its rated voltage covers the medium and high-voltage range, and it can be stably applied to power systems of 1kV and above, meeting the transmission needs of high voltage and large current in industrial large-scale equipment and urban power grid trunk lines.​ The flame retardant performance is a prominent advantage of this series of cables, complying with strict national and industrial flame retardant standards with an oxygen index of ≥32%, which is far higher than that of ordinary cables. In case of fire, it can not only effectively inhibit the spread of flame, with the flame spread speed being more than 50% lower than that of ordinary cables, but also can self-extinguish within 30 seconds after the fire source is removed. At the same time, the smoke concentration released during combustion is low and the toxicity is small, with the smoke density rating (SDR) ≤60. It buys valuable time for personnel evacuation and equipment rescue, greatly improving the fire safety factor of the power system.​ The insulation layer and sheath materials are optimized through special formulas, using a combination of high-voltage resistant and aging resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) and flame retardant polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The long-term working temperature of the XLPE insulation layer can reach 90℃, and the short-term overload temperature can reach 130℃. The insulation resistance is ≥1000MΩ·km, which can maintain stable insulation performance in complex environments such as high temperature and humidity, effectively preventing electric leakage and short-circuit accidents. The PVC sheath has excellent mechanical strength, with a tensile strength of ≥14MPa and an elongation at break of ≥180%, which can resist external mechanical impact, wear and chemical corrosion, and protect the internal structure from damage.​ In terms of application scenarios, the 1*240mm² specification cable, relying on its large cross-section and high current-carrying capacity, is widely used in the connection of large transformers and power supply for heavy machinery in the industrial field, such as blast furnace equipment in iron and steel plants and large reaction devices in chemical plants, providing stable power support for high-power equipment. In urban power grid construction, it can be used as a trunk cable for connection between substations and laying in urban underground cable tunnels, acting as the "artery" of urban power transmission. Conductor stranding adopts multi-head wire drawing and precision stranding technology to ensure that each strand of copper wire is evenly arranged and under consistent force, avoiding the impact on conductive performance due to local stress concentration; the insulation layer extrusion adopts a three-layer co-extrusion process. By precisely controlling temperature, pressure and extrusion speed, the XLPE material is evenly coated on the conductor, with the thickness deviation controlled within ±0.1mm, ensuring the compactness and stability of the insulation layer. The sheath extrusion uses a special mold design to make the PVC material closely combine with the insulation layer without bubbles or gaps, enhancing the sealing and mechanical strength of the overall structure. Each batch of cables must undergo strict quality inspection, including more than 20 indicators such as voltage resistance test, partial discharge test, and flame retardant performance test, to ensure that the products 100% meet relevant standards.​ The packaging and transportation links also pay attention to details. The cable is packaged with high-strength wooden reels, and the diameter of the reel is customized according to the length of the cable, usually 2-3 meters, which can bear a single reel weight of more than 5 tons. The outer side of the reel is wrapped with waterproof canvas and plastic film, which has moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion functions, suitable for long-distance transportation and open-air storage. During transportation, special freight vehicles are used, equipped with anti-skid fixing devices to prevent the cables from rolling and colliding during transportation. At the same time, mixing with sharp objects and corrosive substances is strictly prohibited to ensure that the cables remain intact when delivered to the destination.​ The after-sales guarantee system is perfect, providing a 24-month quality guarantee period from the date of delivery.
