1. Product Information

• Specifications：
  Low-voltage copper-core cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated Armoured Power Cables, with 4-core conductor structure and cross-sectional areas of 4X16mm², 4X50mm², 4X70mm², 4X95mm², 4X120mm², and 4X150mm². The Copper Conductor features high conductivity, low resistance, and minimal energy loss; the XLPE insulation has a temperature rating of 90℃, high breakdown strength, and stable insulation performance. The outer armoured layer (Steel Tape or wire) enhances anti-extrusion and tensile resistance, with a protection level up to IP54 or higher.

  
  

• Features, Applications & Scenarios：
  Suitable for low-voltage power systems with rated AC voltage ≤0.6/1kV, such as building power distribution, industrial plants, commercial complexes, and municipal projects. They can be laid underground, in pipes, or overhead, especially in environments requiring mechanical damage protection and electromagnetic interference resistance (e.g., Underground Cable trenches, humid areas).

• Materials & Manufacturing Process：

• Conductor: High-purity oxygen-free copper (Cu content ≥99.97%), processed by wire drawing and stranding, with tin-plated surface for anti-oxidation.

• Insulation: XLPE forms a three-dimensional network structure via chemical cross-linking, offering strong anti-aging and weather resistance, and long-term use without cracking.

• Armour: Galvanized steel tape or high-strength steel wire wrapped spirally or lapped, with outer PVC Sheath for corrosion and wear resistance.

• Installation & Usage：
  Ensure cable specifications match the load before installation; the bending radius during laying should be ≥10 times the cable diameter (armoured type). Use protective pipes for underground laying to avoid sharp objects, and apply waterproof sealing to terminal joints to maintain insulation.

2. General Information

• Packaging & Transportation：
  Packaged on high-strength cable reels (wooden or steel), wrapped in waterproof plastic. Reel diameter is customized according to cable length. During transportation, fix the reels in the vehicle to prevent armour deformation from 颠簸 (bumping), and take moisture-proof measures for long-distance transport.

• Delivery & Samples：
  Regular specifications are in stock for delivery within 1-3 working days. Sample application is supported (sample length: 1-2m); communicate material and specification requirements in advance, and sample fees can be deducted from bulk orders.

• After-sales & Settlement：
  Provide 12-24 months warranty; free replacement for non-human damage. Settlement methods include full prepayment, 30% deposit + balance before delivery, and installment payment for large orders.

• Certifications & Qualifications：
  Products comply with GB/T 12706 (Chinese national standard), IEC 60502 (IEC standard), and are certified by CCC, ISO9001. Some specifications obtain CE and RoHS certifications, with material test reports and factory certificates available.
