In the U1000 R2X series PVC power station cables, the 3×1.5mm² cable is composed of 3 high-purity copper conductors with a cross-sectional area of 1.5mm². Each core contains 19 copper wires with a diameter of 0.3mm, with a stranding pitch of 6-8mm. At 20℃, the DC resistance of a single core is ≤12.1Ω/km. The insulation layer is made of PVC material, with a thickness of 0.7-0.9mm, an insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ·km, and a long-term operating temperature of -15℃ to 70℃. The sheath is also made of PVC, with a thickness of 0.6-0.8mm, a tensile strength of ≥12MPa, an oxygen index of ≥28, an overall outer diameter of about 7-9mm, and a current-carrying capacity of 16-18A in air.
